If you where starting to worry about the United States, you can rest assured that we are still bad asses. When I see things like this I know we are going to be OK. We may be fat, and we may be lazy.. but hot damn when it comes to making cool stuff to kill people with we are still number ONE!

I was checking in with the folks over at MAKE. I thought this was to cool/creepy not to share.
I didn’t know that people made my jeans look old by hand, I thought there was some kind of fancy machine. I guess I feel better about $150 jeans.

I have a “fetish” for off beat style. I enjoy beautiful things that make you stop and think. The Oooms Road Kill Carpet is a a great example of this. It is a masterfully hand woven rug in a deep gray. I can hear people now. “what a soft rug… wait is that a dead fox?”..

Another beautiful and most likely disappointing sounding radio from bang-olufsen. Being a “radiofile” I love the rechargeable battery and no wires angle. It is a shame that bang-olufsen has always screamed “I have money but I don’t know any better!”
Because I like design that you can USE. Here is the BPR Can-Am Spyder. From the maker of Sea-doo Watercraft and Ski-doo Snowmobiles. I have been eyeing this for the last year or so.
